Lois Morris designs and creates hand hooked rugs and wall hangings using new and recycled fabric and yarn, which she dyes and over dyes. Lois is presently living in Rawdon, Quebec and commutes to Montreal Mondays where she continues to give classes and workshops to the members of the Beaconsfield Hooking Crafters Guild.

Wool fabric remains her first choice using machine cuts of 2, 3, 4 and 5. She favors Contemporary, Floral, Portraits, Landscapes and Alternative Techniques using a combination of traditional hooking and other fiber skills such as sculpturing, creative stitches, material embellishments, 3D, and other fabrics and yarns. As well, Lois hooks Primitives on wider cuts.
