This is a "Joan Moshimer" pattern.
It is hooked entirely of old clothes belonging to members of my family except for the sky and the water. The shadows in the water are of the clothing that makes the building, etc. The boat was hooked from wide whale cordoury slacks. The barrels in the dock are of unravelled burlap and suede and the dock posts are of unravelled burlap that has been carved. The buildings are each hooked just a little higher than the one behind as they come closer to the forground in order to give it some dimension.
